AGRI MAX POWER X2

The highest performing vehicle in the Dieci agricultural range features the mechatronic advantages of the HVT1 transmission: a power split hydro-mechanical transmission with continuous automatic speed variation. This is how the Agri Max Power X2 was created.
For the first time in the world, a telehandler is fitted with this unique innovative transmission.

Through its partnership with Dana Inc., Dieci fulfills farmers’ desire for versatility and offers a vehicle that performs as well as a tractor in both speed and towing, overcoming the typical limits of overheating.

FIRST IN THE WORLD

The HVT-1 transmission with Power Split technology is based on a continuous automatic variation of speed and torque, in which the mechanical and hydraulic components modulate their contribution according to the effort the machine has to overcome.
Introduced in the agricultural field to improve tractor driving comfort and reduce transmission fatigue over continuous use, Dieci is now applying it to a telehandler for the first time in the world: Agri Max Power X2.

The HVT-1 transmission features an epicyclic gear train that combines the power and speed produced partly by a mechanical branch and partly by a hydrostatic unit. In this way, by adjusting the speed and displacement of the hydrostatic unit, the speed and torque output of the transmission can be continuously varied.

A thermostatic valve combined with the electronic control of the fan drive manages the oil temperature to keep it constant, to ensure that smooth motion and torque output are always easily controlled.

MAXIMUM SPEED 50 Km/h

With the introduction and innovation of the HVT-1 transmission, Agri Max Power X2 reaches a maximum speed of 50 km/h without torque interruption and with continuous automatic speed variation.

The HVT1 transmission also guarantees maximum performance at maximum speed, and maximum torque to the wheels at minimum speed.

MAIN FEATURES

NEW BRAKING SYSTEM

New braking system with upgraded brakes (4 packs of oil-bath carbon discs) on both axles capable of handling the new maximum speed of 50 km/h.

AXLE ABSORBING SYSTEM

Electronically controlled shock-absorbing system installed on the front axle for greater control and maximum comfort when driving, especially at high speed.

EASY RIDE SYSTEM

Hydro-pneumatic boom suspension system that can drastically reduce the oscillations encountered when driving over rough terrain or at high speed.

TRANSVERSE LEVELING SYSTEM

Transverse leveling, integrated into the front suspension management system, allows the operator to always position the chassis horizontally, to work safely even on the roughest terrain.
With the automatic reset function, machine leveling can be reset at the touch of a button.

ZERO SHOCK SYSTEM

New cab shock-absorbing system, unique in the telehandler sector, capable of effectively dampening the most annoying oscillations on the roughest terrain.

The hydraulic suspension of the cab effectively reduces oscillations and offers a high driving comfort.

The cab is provided with a shock absorption system consisting of 4 supports (2 Silent Blocks at the front and 2 hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear) that absorb impacts and jolts in every direction: lateral, vertical, rear and front.

ZERO SHOCK SYSTEM

HI-TECH EFFICIENCY

ACTIVE POWER

The new Power Management software, developed by Dieci for Agri Max Power X2, processes the total power produced by the engine and, depending on the driving mode selected, distributes it in percentages for boom and transmission management.

By integrating hardware and software, the entire system is managed completely electronically, optimizing engine, transmission and boom control.

GREATER PRECISION

The fully electronically controlled boom control pump guarantees smoother and more precise movements when loading, unloading and handling.

A smart component that makes it possible to adapt the machine’s behavior according to operational situations and requirements.

INTELLIGENT COOLING

Agri Max Power X2 is equipped with a dual radiator with dual reversible fans.

The electronics manage the fans’ rotation speed intelligently depending on the temperature of all fluids to optimize operating temperatures according to consumption and performance.

INTUITIVE NAVIGATION

7” display with level of detail and depth similar to 3D.

Easy and intuitive navigation, with 4 buttons for navigating through the different screens.

Efficiency and safety, ensured by specially programmed anti-tip indicators.

Excellent visibility in all environmental conditions, thanks to the anti-fingerprint and scratch-resistant mineral cover glass.

OPTIMIZED DRIVING

Depending on work requirements, the operator can either choose a softer or more aggressive setting, with a choice of four driving modes:

NORMAL: used in cases of mixed use of transmission and boom, it guarantees high boom speed and modulation, without interruptions.
LOADER: particularly suitable for loader operations, this mode prioritizes power to the boom.
ECO: designed to minimize fuel consumption, this mode reduces engine speed while maintaining high efficiency on wheels and boom.
CREEPER: ideal for using equipment that requires constant hydraulic power independent of forward speed (such as a hydraulic sweeper or straw spreader) this function allows the operator to set a predefined RPM/engine speed and manage the machine’s forward speed separately via the accelerator pedal.

Cab designed by Giugiaro Design, with high quality soft-touch interior, heated seat with a choice of 3 suspension systems, more legroom for the operator, adjustable steering column and armrest, soundproof roof, dashboard and mat.

High visibility thanks to the large glass area, integrated LED work lights and perimeter lights, 3 wireless cameras and electrically adjustable and heated rear view mirrors.

Optimized air-conditioning, with 6 air vents for quick window demisting, openable rear window and roof, integrated electric lateral window, double air filter protecting the operator from dust and odors.
